Salted Bird’s eye chilli can be used as an ayurvedic medicine to reduce bad cholesterol. This is how we prepare it:

 

  • First we collect the Bird’s Eye Chilli and would be cleaning it properly to remove dust and other impurities.

  • Then would be dipping it in vinegar and salt for around 5 to 7 days.

 

Ingredients: Bird’s eye chilli, vinegar and salt.

 

Other Names: Cheena mulaku, Kanthari mulaku
